so far good i do feel that it should be a one time purchase as it was in the past then if you want to get upgrades when they come pay a small fee at that time

It's good to always have the software updated and not worrying about it not being backwards compatible, but it seems stupid to have to pay so much every year for it.

Hey I don't like that I have to pay every year to renew this program. When your on a fixed income it makes it difficult. There are free programs out there.

Nice to receive all the regular updates so that I can have the latest and greatest aspects of each program. A bonus to be able to use on my phone as well!

Good product to be creative in all your personal home and school needs. I only wish it was for more than a year, because things can get quite expensive over time,

I acquired Office 365 when I purchased my new laptop. It worked exactly like my prior version. However, I can now use this software on my iPad! I love the new flexibility.

This is a great buy for the entire office suite. Not sure about the yearly subscription. I am used to paying a set price once.

Got it with the purchase of a laptop, and you just need to have it to be productive. Plus you get 1TB of online storage with Microsoft.

Installed this without any issues on our new computer. We literally buy this every year for our kids for school & haven’t had any issues

I'd been needing to upgrade to the latest version so it was a great deal when we purchased my wife's laptop. Being able to add to hers and my new desktop made it a no brainer.

The card with the product key that was sent was "not activated ". Was told to contact Best Buy...no help there. They told me that I had to contact Microsoft. Tried several times to contact them only to get disconnected. Spent over an hour on the phone for nothing. Would love to try the product, but not spending any more time on the phone to figure it out.

You get Office with it's usual hang-ups... plus an annual fee

Great for small office tasks. Worth the savings when buying a computer not to have to deal with just the basic version that comes on a computer.

I finally purchased the complete bundle as opposed to paying for it monthly I feel more a part of the program as opposed to being a renter.

I really like Microsoft software. I was disappointed to find that I couldn't buy the whole group without having to subscribe to annual payments.

Unless you've already purchased this software, you need to buy it for a new computer because it doesn't come pre-installed.
