Tend to use my old computer with MS 10 operating system. Do not like the way it displays saved documents in Word and Excel. Like auto cloud document saving feature. Cannot give it a fair rating as yet. Had an appointment with Geek Squad to do some assistance but that got cancelled and hopefully will be reschuduled automatically when situation changes.

Your Office subscription shouldn't be giving you constant warnings about your trial expiring if it's already been activated. It took me over an hour to exchange it because no one seemed to know what they were doing. The antivirus software didn't even work - it had expired and I couldn't use it without paying, which wasn't part of the package deal. Microsoft 8 is TERRIBLE, and I feel like that isn't a good enough description. I will never buy a Windows product again. With the laptop itself, the mouse does whatever it wants, whenever it wants.
