If you were trying to purchase Microsoft Office, you'll agree that this is a great purchase. Otherwise, you might be bummed.

I am still not sure why I needed a one year subscription but this is very much like the office program I got 10 years ago the last time I bought a computer.

I love it because it has different programs, they are very accessible and they do not fail you, for everything you want to do

From my use of the programs, they are great. Picks up files in the older formats and gives you a choice to update or not.

The geek squad there accused me of putting electrical tape on my hp tower, they ruined my 2011 hp desktop . It no longer works right. I am so upset.All I asked them to do was back up all the files from my 2011 hp desktop to my new lenovo laptop I bought. They did that ok, but left the desktop with all types of error messages that it Did Not have when I brought it there!

This package has the basic applications for older adults to use for everyday needs. Easy to navigate and easy to adjust.

I elected to get the subscription because it was more affordable and I dont know how much use I will have for the product after a year.

This product is pretty much what I expected. MS office is MS office whether it's online or on your computer.

I bought this laptop on June 12 2017 to do homework for college exactly today 4 months I can’t turn it on and I lost my files. Now I don’t have any protection I’m sure the Geeks will tell me that I do not have protection and they can’t help me. I lost 400 dollars and now I have to budget another laptop and start my school papers all over again.the worst experience ever With Hp pavilion. I’m not sure if Hp has one year factory guarantee. I hope they do

Works just like I remember in school. I like all the templates you can download as well. Lots of great extras.

I do love this option when your strapped for cash but need it for school. Just wish it was more longer. It gets expensive.

This product didn't fare well with my laptop. Directed me to a company that wanted access to my computer to fix or installed it remotely. Nope

I have used office my entire life and it was great to get a 3 month subscription included with my new laptop.

Got a new Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I've used Office 365 for many years and it was so easy to set up on my computer.

A must have if your doing anything with computer other than Surfing. Better price if buy at same time you get computer.

This office suite is great. While between jobs, allowed me to have full access to the MS Office suite of applications in order to remain productive.
