Very hard to get in Microsoft if it doesn’t recognize your gmail account. I hate it. They want way too much info just to get back in if you ever do get in. Try losing your password. I have used my phone for everything. I decided to get an all in one which is fine but Microsoft 365 is too complicated.

Trying to acclimate to new methods of delivering software and updates. It looks like Office, it acts like Office......I guess it's Office. No issues.

I've been using this product on a Macbook Pro. Generally it has worked pretty well – the desktop apps are crucial though, the online version of these apps is still incomplete even for a non-power user. I'm marking it down to 1 stars for the buying experience at Best Buy and in particular the auto-renewal experience. I receive an auto-renew email annually to the credit card I originally used for the purchase, but there is no way to make any changes online – e.g. change the credit card or cancel outright. It's also hard to reach BB by phone, and the phone tree makes it impossible to guess which department to select. I ended up correcting an account problem but will have to call back to try to get the auto-renew adjusted. This software renewal business seems like a complete afterthought for BB and it's not supported properly at all! I don't even remember how I got opted into auto-renew, maybe you could opt out as you purchase – that would avoid the problem. I support Best Buy in the hopes their stores stay open. But the auto-renewing software business requires a level of service they're not ready for, in my experience.

Office 365 is good. I don't agree with only with one year to use and have to rebut ever year.

I like to use Office 365. It has one drive with 1 Tb. It is what really I need to store my files.

Be careful when you install it. I received errors and it turned out to be a scam. Otherwise, it is great

We love the different formats you can choose to make labels, write letters, resume's etc. We bought the yearly subscription to keep up to date with current changes.

Office 365 allows me to do all of my work, however its not compatible with my Outlook calendar, so i hope the fix that glitch soon.

I really didn't want to purchase this however I have kids in elementary school who needs these programs. So overall I give it a five star

bought Office Essentials Bundle with 365, Kaspersky, and a wireless mouse. Plus it was on sale for half price or better. Good value under the circumstances.

Familiar product family made available on all your devices. I had a subscription at work and finally got one at home. So far, very satisfied.

I didn't realize my new laptop did not have a disc drive.. had to go through the hassle of downloading everything via the Internet.

April at the West Palm Beach store was great at helping me select this version. It has more advantages than the one time purchase for life edition.

I bought this paper for my wireless printer and it has worked out very well. I will surely be purchasing this product again.

Not much has changed to this installment of Microsoft Office. An essential suite of programs for the working student and professional nonethless.

I’ve always love Microsoft products. Wish it automatically came with the MacAir Book and not a separate purchase.

Not happy about annual subscription. Just another way for Microsoft to make money but works OK so far.

This is a great bundle. If you use any Microsoft program, this is a must( if your computer doesn’t already have it loaded).

I bought this program for the semester for my new laptop too. I love it's new features it's easy to learn and great windows software very happy
