Great products, but liked it more when you could buy it outright. This yearly charge is kind of lame.

I purchased this to add on my new laptop. I did have some problems with the installation, so that is why I gave it only 4 stars.

If you have more than one computer or want to share it is better to purchase the 5 person license.

Product was needed to support my use of the computer. Tech people did an excellent job installing this product.

Best Buy states that they have sent an email so I can download the purchased software but it has not come and customer service has been unable to assist. I should have just purchased through Microsoft since I need the software now. Oh and by the way you are not able to return once purchased!!!

Office 365 is really nice. The Power Point processing of images and all the new toys are great for presentations.

The instructions to download Microsoft Office 365 were so easy to follow....i was using my new laptop in no time.

Microsft office never has underestimated me. It keeps proving it is the best multitask software program compared to Apple's program.

Very confusing to install on minor child's computer. It forces you to register under adult name and propagates adult documents on child's computer. Then, when you call for technical assistance, they want to charge a fee. Ridiculus. I will never ever purchase again.

I'm sure this is a good product, but i really don't have a need for this, at least not at the present. Came free when i bought a laptop.

Keycode does not work. Best Buy customer service told me that this is an ongoing issue with this product that they have with Microsoft. They told me to contact to Microsoft directly. So I called Microsoft to request to register me online/phone, they couldn't do it because "This is an ongoing issue with the products being sold at Best Buy." Sweet. Their best recommendation to help me was that I should return the item and contact back Microsoft to purchase the item directly form them, then they'd be able to register me. My solution was to return the item and got the refund. I don't need this type of hustle.

buying a new computer, u hv to buy office 365. also best place is Best Buy. when purchasing the computer they give u a break on the price.

Get with the program folks. Microsoft, gang gang. Of course these products are legit, what else would we expect.

I recently purchased this product for my HP laptop and my iMac. The programs work well on both my computers.
