I have tried many times before purchasing same just to ask the geek squad or someone if microsoft 365 was compatible with chromebook. To date, still unsuccessful. I am so disappointed because you have a long wait in chat room just to ask questions to a live person, not a computer assisted.

I do not use outlook email and I cannot get rid of it. Wish I had not gotten it and could go back to Outlook 2007. I may cancel my subscription when it comes up for renewal. Do not like having to pay for a yearly subscription.

Was totally dissatisfied with the manager in Brighton, Mi store. They refused to price match a laptop that I ordered and instead told me that if I came back the next day, they would because of some idiotic reason even though it was locally.
