Nothing but trouble

They couldn't load this because they said the number wasn't activated yet. So they gave me a one-month free trial. I spent the next month trying to activate the paid subscription. It wouldn't work. Best Buy said they couldn't help me. Finally a 2-hour session with a Microsoft technician in the Philippines got me set up.
