I already have a microsoft 365 account on my other devices so I was unable to download this one. I took my laptop to Bestbuy to have someone assist me in downloading this version were after over an hour they were unable to get it to download on my new lap top.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
