I got this for free when I bought imac from best buy. Great deal and love that i can share office files with my imac and ipad. Love it!

I'm a little put off that Microsoft makes you buy this every year but at least you get a discount when you purchase a computer/laptop.

Overall can’t go wrong with office. Better as a subscription than paying 400 every 2 years

I did not realize this was an online version of Microsoft office and the salesperson never mentioned that fact. I didn't find out until I got home and installed the program. I wanted it for Outlook because I hate having to use web browser mail programs.. and I ended up with a browser based mail program.

She absolutely needed this for her work and it served her well in the past and has definitely served her well now

Microsoft is a necessity these days. You can't get anything done without it. Purchasing 365 gives you access to the best of their products.

First time buying a subscription for MS Office. Was painless and should allow me to stay currnt with the newer versions each year.

The BB representative was helpful and explained what I needed. The program was easy to install

Microsoft Help on line had to make the down load and they upgraded me to the whole kit and caboodle.. Yea for me.

I am happy with the automatic updating of features compared to purchasing an Office license.

It's a great software, but the problem is that it expires in a year, and you will have to pay again to get it.

Lots of help but for all that I have not figured out how to transfer contacts from older Microsoft email to new computer in csv format.

The OneDrive app is worth the price by itself. I feel good knowing all my files are safe in one place and can be updated at any time.

Was unable to activate this software and was told that I would not get a refund! Extremely disappointing experience!

I bought a small laptop and this was part of a promotion from best buy. It did not install at all, and after Microsoft tried to walk through the installation, they concluded any number of things that were impossible, and ultimately just said, well, we don't know. That's not much help and the program isnt of much use if it won't install on a brand new laptop.

I would recommend this to anyone who has a lap top that's in college or for business use. I also got a great deal.

You robbed me of $87.49 + sales tax. I hope you have better practices than robbing customers of their hard-earned money. 1 star is a joke of an option, you deserve 0 stars!
