It did not install at all, and after Microsoft tried to walk through the installation, they concluded any number of things that were impossible, and ultimately just said, well, we don't know. That's not much help and the program isnt of much use if it won't install on a brand new laptop.

So If you have time let them install it at the store otherwise it's a headache. You have to call them and then they have to get into your laptop bla bla bla. It takes forever . Ofcourse product is awesome but how Microsoft represent office365 is not that great.
