The geek squad gentleman at the Citybase store states he uses this all the time and very useful. I bought it and have not touched it after 2 wks I cannot figure out the Excel sheet or word very very disappointed and i have failed my boss with knowledge. I would have rather spent my money on a more expensive learning pack that was clear on instructions. I would actually like a refund or an easier product to give me more knowledge. :(

This is logical purchase with a new computer. It works fine, but a lot has changed since Office 2010 so you will have to get used to a new look and everything being where it wasn't before. Not sure why MS developers love to move things around just so they can say the program is new -- once you are done with the goose chase it all works as Office should.

What can I say it works fine. The only complaint I have is I was told I should have to buy it every year.

Includes everything but I thought I was buying the 5 device membership, make sure you read which one it is before you buy it!

I use Microsoft word a lot being a college student, thank goodness they have these packages available!

What can I say, its Office 365. Having worked with the "knock off" I value this product more than ever.

It's Microsoft Office. What more can I say. No one has mastered the art of Office docs like Microsoft.

I purchased Office 365 for the purpose of creating documents in Microsoft Word. It has been used to accomplish that goal. One issue I have with the product is that it only wants you to install products from Microsoft. If you want to install something from another vendor it says a security feature must be disabled and cannot be enabled again after installing the software.

Best Buy Geek squad install on my new computer for me when I had the solid state hard drive installed first thing. Works fine.

Very happy to Have Microsoft Windows for my many uses and even happier that it was included with my purchase of my Apple Mac Pro.

The 365 version of Office is perfect. Easy to renew and if you change computers a lot, you're able to transfer your subscription!

A big change from my previous version of Windows.... However, the more I work with it the easier and more fun as it begins working for you.

it is a challenge. i did have to go online to get help but i think its going to be ok. once i get the hang of everything new

After years of having to have a disc, install and purchase new versions I love the idea of paying an annual fee and getting all upgrades!

This office suite is really really nice because it has everything you need to get your office work done.
