Until I went to install the software and it wouldn't register because it was not activated online. I called and they could not help me. Now it is two weeks later and I have to go to the store to validate my online purchase. Terrible service. Not helpful.

Waste of money

The laptop came with it already installed. When I called to ask if I could return, I was too late, so I’m out $77.

Referred to Microsoft & still unable to speak with anyone!!! Totally useless!!!
