easy to install and has eveything i needed. thanks

I was hoping to use this product on at least one other computer. However, it appears that the product is not transferable to another device. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with this product.

The product (Microsoft 365) seem to be fine and the installation went smoothly, but since the purchase was done at Best But, as opposed to downloading directly from Microsoft, I sadly discovered that neither Microsoft nor Best Buy will accept responsibility for any problems. They just point the finger at each other.

Not thrilled that I was forced to buy Microsoft 365, first of all! My 2013 version kept kicking me out thanks to Microsoft and they’re stupid ways of screwing everything up on my computer. Granted it was an old version, but it was mine and working just fine for all these years until recently. I’m not crazy about the 365 version because it’s different. I don’t care for the look of newer versions. And the fact that I have to pay every year now (they don’t even offer a lower cost for lower income people like myself), But unfortunately, all my work is done through Microsoft OneNote, Excel, and Word for over 30 years so I need to be able to jump from one computer to another to my phone and continue with my work and my current Files. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks and so far it’s working with a few troubleshooting issues here and there, I just hope it works well enough for my purposes.

Great product, but wish it was a one payment and done, annual renewals are ridiculous

Instalación was very easy to follow, product works great. No issues after installation, was able to used all the programs and I’m very satisfied.

So far so good with this Microsoft 365 Personal 12-month subscription. We are using this on our HP desktop PC (all our other products are iPhones and iPads). Not really happy with the subscription price, but we can't really use our PC without it.

I recently subscribed to Microsoft 365 Personal, and it’s been a great investment. The activation process was fast and simple, and I was up and running in minutes. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a reliable and versatile productivity suite.

Wanting to do some freelance work and needed certain apps. This has been helpful. Excel to keep track, PowerPoint to make presentations, word docs for reports, ideas. This has been a huge help with my freelance work. Good for a year and in case I want to expand. A good start.

This is a great value for the money, especially when it's on sale! Not only do you get the apps, but you also get 1TB of space in the cloud where you can store anything you want, including documents and photos not related to anything processed with Office software. If you're a Mac user, you may find that Pages works better for some things, and MS Word works better for others. So I like having both. Excel is much better than Apple's Numbers, but that may just be me. Apple's Keynote and MS Powerpoint each have their pros and cons. Personally, I prefer Apple's Mail over Outlook, but I know some people who don't like Apple's Mail. Installation was a snap. You can install it on two machines (desktop and laptop in my case), which is quite handy.

It was a good deal at first the sale associate gave me a price ok I will get it when he rang me up it was a different price I said it is a higher price if u buy a laptop it is that price no that not what u told me u gave me a price he said I was wrong that not right I ask him to get his manager he said he is going to say the higher price

So far it is what I expected and it works great. It makes presentation, documents and charting easy.

So far, so good with this package for my new laptop. First time in 25+ years of not having a work related laptop and am happy to still have access to the programs I am used to.

Keeping your subscription UTD after the first year is $6.99 monthly or one annual payment of $69.99, ensures your products; WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, One Note, PowerPoint are completely UTD (including any product upgrades). Great. Although there are other solutions available to home users at little to no cost, you can't beat the real thing. I highly recommend, if you are the market for productivity software, do not overlook Office 365. It's priced right, and it's a proven product that works time after time.

Has everything I need to get my work done and so easy to install!!

The MS I was using was 2007. It worked well and I was used to the features. Getting used to 365 has been a challenge probably because I haven't taken the time to study it more closely. I am getting used to it and with time it will be OK.

Had Geek Squad install this product on new computer. They had problems installing it with the numbers provided. Took him more than 1 hour. Use Word, Excel, Access, and mostly Publisher for newsletters. Good product.
