I love the product, but it was impossible to install on my new laptop. Not user-friendly AT All. The instructions are genuinely quite clear, but I had to basically jailbreak my new laptop in order to download the software. It continually blocked me from the site and from the use of imputing my code. it wouldn't even let me sign into my One Drive or Microsoft account. I had to reach out multiple times to Microsoft customer care and had no help. I finally had to resort to ChatGPT in order to walk me through bypassing the security measures on my computer in order for it to finally pull up the page in which I could type the product code. In all, a process which should have taken me 10 minutes took me three hours, tears, and alcohol. I would have loved for this to be more streamlined or at the very least easier to find help to this solution rather than troubleshooting with the Microsoft AI support page over and over again to have the same result.

The best you can purchase for your home office! Easy to install and many facets to this purchase.

Cannot live without Microsoft Office suite. My last company switched to Google. The Microsoft applications are far superior if I had my choice I would never use the Google apps again. Microsoft all the way baby # PowerPoint /excel

I purchased a laptop for my younger sister. I have Microsoft on my "All-In-One," and needed to add Microsoft 365 Personal to her computer. The software is great! It makes it easier for her to navigate and use something that she is familiar with. I am very pleased with this product, and will continue to renew the subscription!

365 Personal App is just what I needed and wanted. Easy to install and use.

After dealing with Google, Docs, Drive & Sheets, They’re no substitute for Microsoft office 365; Office suite is full featured. And, It’s a standard in the business world Nobody is going to ask you, on a job interview, do you know Google Docs or Sheets; they’re going to ask you do you know Word, Excel I love OneDrive storage you get 1TB and soon unlimited storage for all you files; you can’t beat that and everything works well together synchronized and accessible anywhere, mobile, web and smartphone. Have Windows 8.1 on my desktop and soon, later this year, free upgrades to windows 10 with all devices one ecosystem, in uniformity, working and syncing together. It just perfect sense to get Office 365!!

Microsoft 365 has been a great addition to my new laptop setup. The installation was quick and easy, and having access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive in one subscription makes everything very convenient. I use it daily for work, resume updates, interview preparation, and personal documents, and it runs smoothly across all my devices. The cloud storage and automatic saving features are especially useful because I can access my files anywhere without worrying about losing data. Overall, it’s a reliable and worthwhile subscription for both professional and personal use.

Love Microsoft 365! A big plus for me laptop. Enjoy learning all the new ways to use it. Especially like Word. Learning how to use Excel. Bought a book on Windows 11 how this too will help. I use this product for home office. Have been using Microsoft office for many years and have found that it is easy to use and has more features than I will ever need. I have been able to open and use older version files in this product with no issues.

I have been an Office user for YEARS. I am a fan of the suite. Pros for this are ease of installation, products included and the subscription model keeps you current with advances in MS prods (which are more than you think). Main CON is the subscription model that puts you on an annual hook for more spend to stay current - not great but i understand necessity. Features of prods are actually amazing - advances in Word, ppt and Excel are simplifying everyday tasks and making it easier to be more dynamic in what you do for personal, work and school.

Instalación was very easy to follow, product works great. No issues after installation, was able to used all the programs and I’m very satisfied.

No issues with the software. Easy to install would recommend.

I dont use all the programs in the bundle, but the ones I do (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are first rate. Easy to navigate, intuitive, and completely professional.

The product (Microsoft 365) seem to be fine and the installation went smoothly, but since the purchase was done at Best But, as opposed to downloading directly from Microsoft, I sadly discovered that neither Microsoft nor Best Buy will accept responsibility for any problems. They just point the finger at each other.

So far it is what I expected and it works great. It makes presentation, documents and charting easy.
