Ordered this as a free option to another purchase but beware if you install it overrides an existing Microsoft suite of products.

Lost customer

I called best buy and was hung up on after holding to speak to someone for 45m. I emailed tp inform about my experience and asked for a refund. Now this survey? Thanks for the reminder. I will go to the nearest best buy for my refund.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased office personal 365 and the characters were illegible.The first 2 peeled away and can't be read.So there is no way to activate it.Microsoft won't help because it was purchased at another place than them.Called store and got shrugged off. I thought I was doing good by saving $20 off price because I bought a $450. laptop.WRONG. I drove 65 miles to shop at Best Buy but it truly was a bad deal.
