It seems like they hate working there. Maybe the pay is not good. Microsoft wants to charge you for everything. Before, I used to pay one time for Microsoft Word, now I have to pay ever year.

The directions to reveal the product code said scratch off but the area wouldn't scratch off. It was a security type tape over the numbers. Pulled the tape of and half the numbers came off with the tape. Now I have to either deal with Microsoft or go to a store and try to return the card I have for a new one. Aggravating.
