One reason I bought this was I could have it on the laptop & tablet -- unfortunately the tablet is stuck on an old version of the android os (Verizon wont update the os).

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
