I didn't create an account ~ I didn't download microsoft 365 and I didn't need it. Why would a representative say that I needed microsoft 365 and I don't. RETURNED !

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
