MS package

Not a software purchase

You do not purchase the software but only get a 15 month subscription. Also, it comes with auto renew... and lord knows how you cancel the auto renew!

Awful Best Buy

I talked with them on Fri Sept 10 and they said an email would be sent to me and still nothing. Will not use Best Buy moving forward. I would encourage you to buy somewhere other than Best Buy.
