The man said that it came with it...no extra for purchase...well...when I got home I tried to download it FIVE TIMES!!! and this pop up came up each time saying that my device isn't compatable with Office Personal...so I downloaded kingsoft...free and works great

Just me. As far as the auto renew, not for sure how long it will benefit me paying a fee every year unless new features are added all the time and the system is updated.

I had Word & Excel 2000 on my old laptop, and am no fan of the "new" programs, either. It will all just take getting used to, I know. (And I'm going to say "yes" to the recommendation question because ... what else is there?)

Wouldn't have known if I hadn't tried to download it onto my laptop. Otherwise the program that is already loaded onto my laptop functions fine still need to learn more about it but other wise no complaints
