I returned it and am waiting for the refund. The customer service was good, but best buy shouldnt sell subscriptions to products that are not supported.

Just to let you know, you are able to opt out of auto-renewal with Office 365. You'll need to login to your Microsoft account and navigate to Services and Subscriptions. Once there, follow the instructions at this link: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Turn-recurring-billing-on-or-off-for-Office-365-for-home-c7c0bc32-9744-4acf-9818-815d5c96cc59
