I paid for the renewal but unable to use Office 365. Its impossible to get in contact with the geek squad to resolve the problem. I just wish my $70 renewal fee was working for me.

This concept was a bit unusual (buy a year's license). I went this route as if i didnt like 365, i could revert back to 2010. So far, so good, i should report.
