The Product Code was not included in the packaging of the purchased computer, and, not in any of the emails sent to me regarding this purchase. Very Disappointing. Very Very disappointing.

Then I’m told to call a number . I have to leave msg. Some stranger calls me back snd accesses my computer without permission. Unacceptable! Bad experience!
