Product is fine, but there is no upgrade path

I really wanted the multi-user version, so when I tried to "buy up" to that one, I couldn't. I had to outright purchase the multi-user, which left a single-user one unused. Waste of money, so it ended up not being free for me at all. The product itself is fine, does everything Office usually does.

Cannot go wrong with Microsoft

I am told that next year will be about 40% more. Is Microsoft and definitely use it at home (personal and work), is pretty convenient and I take advantage of the extra storage.

Difficult to get through life without office!

Feel like Microsoft could do a better job in terms of getting it on your computer with fewer clicks and “upgrade” solicitations, but everything is running smoothly.
