It required the survives of several technicians and nearly a week of interaction before an engineer finally got it to download. I wish that I had gotten the disk version. I strongly recommend that anyone who is using a wireless internet connection, like I am, to skip this version of office and buy the disk version.

I was sold on this product because I use Office at work. However I didn't know i was to pay an annual fee to use it. The salesman never told me and I tried returning it. I was told I could not return this item. Pretty disappointing since I wasn't told about the subscription part.
