Seems like every time I turn around there are more and more apps, programs, or services available that claim to provide people with a [knockoff] version of programs like Microsoft word, PowerPoint, etc. But I have learned over the years when I would attempt to use those knockoffs that it really was not worth it to use them. For example, roughly 8 years ago I had a school assignment that involved creating a PowerPoint to later present to the class. I was one of “those” people who at the time did not have Microsoft office/PowerPoint at home, so I used a “knockoff” program, had tons of text and pictures in the PowerPoint, and when it came time to present, open the file with Microsoft in class and sure enough it was not compatible and my PowerPoint was blank. After that embarrassment I swore I would always use genuine Microsoft products for anything going forward and I have not regretted it. Now that I am out of school, my uses of Microsoft programs are not as frequent, but I still like to have access to it, thus what brought me to this option. As my story proves, you really cannot go wrong with getting genuine Microsoft products no matter what you use is, but if you are someone like me who does not have the highest demands, this type of subscription was what was best for me and I am very happy with it. It meets my needs perfectly and I do not feel like there is a bunch of stuff included that is wasted. You really cannot beat the price for the access you get to the variety of programs and again, it is a genuine Microsoft product! Highly recommend!

First, when I tried to take the tape off the code was so torn up that I could not read it. Geek squad read it on their computer and told me what it was. Second, when I tried to upload it to my computer a notice appeared that said that I should call a certain number. When I called, I was told that it could not load because I had a virus. Since it was a computer that I had just purchased from Best Buy, I returned the computer to them. They refunded the cost of the computer but would not refund the cost of the Office 365. For your info, the person at that number talked poorly of Kaspersky and tried to get me to buy another security system for $270. I would like to get my money back.

I have not installed this on my computer because I have no use for it and wont use it

No like windows 10. Screen very tiff to read. My Geek was terrific.

Office is probably a great program if one has been taught how to use it, but even the most basic functions have been difficult to figure out. It's a huge step up from the basic word programs and should have a manual to accompany its purchase.

The product is fine ,installation was a different story using the information on the card connected me to a false Web site that tried to charge me money to fix a non existing problem on my router ,when I refused i had to reset the brand new laptop in order to turn on. We called best buy support, they wanted to charge me money for a service to reset my laptop. Next called geek sqaud, they couldn't install. Finally had to contact the real Microsoft Support they dicovered best buy never activated they card the sold me. All in all a horrible experience .

It is convenient and user friendly. I think it is too expensive.

I am not a fan of subscription software, but software developers want a predictable flow of income. If you need Office for more than 2 years, buy a permanent license. Get the subscription if you need the software for a shorter period of time or if you need the latest versions or also want the tablet/phone versions.

This is a necessary evil. Most people require this product.

I was told by buy Best Buy that this version could be installed on two devices (1 Computer and 1 Tablet). I come to find out that it can only be installed on one, so I feel like this was incorrectly described to me during the purchase. I have also spent hours online trying to get to the bottom of this issue.

It's Microsoft office. How can you go wrong?? Everything you need in one!

I am able to use all of the products in Office 365.i have no complaints

It works as I use the word doc and excel most. Power point is fine as well.

You have to protect any devices in today's time. Keep your devices safe

I had a hard time actually getting it activated and downloaded onto my laptop.

Too many steps to accomplish things like typing in a recipe

it would not download on my Galaxy tablet so much for the free 1 year subscription.
