Product is fine but difficult to cancel

The Digital download site was down, and the various links between Microsoft and BestBuy just linked to each other.

Can't get to load on my computer

Not on the receipt and since it didn't come in a box no help there. I'm pretty furious about it. It came as a bonus but where's the bonus. What a bummer!

Unfortunately, the country that you purchase your Microsoft product in, is the country you have to install and activate your Microsoft product in. If you don't do this, you won't be able to use your Microsoft product which, is the issue you're running into.

When I called them they said my network wouldn't allow it, however they could fix it for a fee. So I ended up downloading a copy I had for work and it worked fine.

Decided to return the computer and replace it with an apple instead. No need for office with programs there come installed on the app. Google docs also just as useful.
