I have only had it for a few weeks and am not an expert on using all of its features. I am sure I am not making the best use of it yet. I use it only on my personal computer

Microsoft 365 Personal (1 Person) (15 months Subscription Auto Renew) Excellent

Have not had Office available to me for some time and now I realize how much I missed it. Easy to use and versatile. Ordered it digitally from Best Buy and received it quickly as well as emails that give tips and guides to help me be productive.

Bought a new laptop, and was sold the Microsoft 365 subscription with it. I was reminded by our company IT that I already had this subscription through One Drive which applies to up to 5 devices. I went to return subscription and a mid aged girl with long black hair informed me that they couldn't return it. It had been a week. I returned home, called Best Buy corp number, and they quickly apologized and refunded the purchase. It had not been activated of course. What the Midland store could have said was they do not HAVE THE AUTHORITY to refund this! Ridiculous that they give you false information. Very unprofessional and sad. She gave me no suggestions and had the opportunity to tell me to call. I usually like the sales person in the store that I get help from. I am guessing Best Buy here doesn't trust their own employees. The subscription was only under $100. You can return this! Just not here in Midland store!!

Gotta have it but miss days when it was included with purchase of a new computer!

I love everything about Microsoft 365. All of the apps are exactly what I needed as a secretary. I am happy with an option that will continually update and will be renewed yearly.

I am happy especially with the microsoft apps especially the powerpoint, l am capable of designing good presentations

Microsoft 365. I had a difficult time signing into Microsoft. Although is was installed properly, I did not realize that I had to still sign in. I think a page of instructions would help.

I wanted to be able to use Microsoft Word on my new MacBook Pro since Pages isn't always readable to non-Apple users when sending documents. This Office suite works very well on my MacBook and I use it constantly with no issues.

There’s hardly any respectable company these days who doesn’t need the Microsoft office suite. Easy to use, good price and versatile!

I think this is a good to invest in especially if you're using your macbook for school it's affordable and you get alot of storage.

A must have for any self-employed person! I use Excel everyday as a bookkeeper and Word a little less often, but still a need.

MS 365 with all the included programs makes our laptop truly more efficient and user friendly. The related guided service is easy and informative. Highly reccomend MS 365.

Microsoft office 365 provides all the programs I need to manage my home office easily, concisely and effectively. As a marginal computer literate person, Microsoft office is intuitive and easy to operate. And if I have any questions, the geek squad is there to back me up and solve any computer problem I may have.

I renewed this for my son to use on his Apple computer. It’s definitely a necessity and a must have to make what you need to do much simpler. He greatly appreciates the program. No problems as far as I know.

I took a computer class on Microsoft Office in early 2004! I got over my apprehension with computers then. This software package is really good.
