I like having options and the programs give me PowerPoint aling with word,

Software with many uses. Must be purchased every year however.

Wonderful package to include these items all as a bundle, i do however feel the price is a little high and for the price it should be a longer option than a year

it's fine, standard Windows product; many features are too sophisticated for me -- often an't figure out how to use them.

My employer utilizes Microsoft based software so I needed this to stay current while using my Mac from home or on the go. It was exactly as expected and suits my needs perfectly. I have no complaints at all.

My computer stopped working completely after 365 was installed. I cannot activate the key code. My computer is completely dead. This item was installed by the Geek Squad.

I used this subscriptions for my all my computers.

I really like Office 365. It lets me create great letters and resumes. I only wish I had realized that it's not just for one person but one machine as well. You can't use it on your laptop and your phone. You have to pick which one. otherwise you have to pick a different product.

I have been using it for over 5 years and I love that I can save my docs in one place and be able to access them throughout multiple platforms.

Overall, I highly recommend others to use this software because of its simplicity, usefulness, and reliability

Still working on the features it is to me just so much to do to better my experience. And because I work sometimes a little tried, but I will get to it.

I love 365 and I renewed it as a fantastic product! it is very user-friendly and has lots to use, like templates, etc., and I love it!!

Unhappy as Geek Squad knew that two people used this computer and put on 365 for one person so now my husband cannot access Word etc without buying his own copy. Also a staff member argued with my husband saying she was right when she clearly wasn’t very unprofessional!

I bought my last three computers form Best Buy, but this will be my last one. I purchased the computer, $100 for a year of Microsoft, then the $200 service plan so I could get everything transferred off the old computer to the new one. Three appointments later I still did not receive the results I was looking for (a new computer that worked and had the information from my old computer). I was then told that for an additional $200 Geek Squad would come to my house and make things work. Next computer I will go to a full service computer retailer and hopefully avoid all of the stress Bext Buy caused.

I like this item because I use it on a daily basis and on top of it I do not have to buy the whole Microsoft, since I would not use it.

Bought this from Best Buy and was charged twice. Once from Microsoft & again by Best Buy. Sent them a complaint, no responce. Also, the technician that helped me could not make the email application work. Had to elevate to senior technician that updated the password in the application. Ten minuts and another charge. Inept.

I really love this. Buy is convenient events. Bagley agreed from it. It’s just a great product. Thank you so much.
