I've tried other office suites before but keep coming back to MS Office. It has the features that I want, makes great looking documents, and is the industry standard in the business world.

Installing the updated version was a breeze. Best Buy emailed me the instructions and I had no issues. It a welcome surprise to be able to be tech savvy.

Not only did I get Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and One Note, but I also received a subscription to One Drive with one TB of storage. I have been able to back up my important files in the cloud.

It works well and is basically a seamless install. It would be nice to have a product that didn't require an annual purchase and update.

The Best Buy Geek Squad is a necessary subscription for me. I have nothing but high praise for all the team members who have helped me. Each one was so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
