It's office and works as anyone familiar with MS Office would expect. The added cloud storage for your documents is convenient and eliminates the need to drag flash drives from place to place or is a great back-up in the event that you forgot your flash drive.

Youʻre able to have word programs on more than just 1 device. Iʻm able to work on my documents and what not on my laptop when Iʻm home. When I travel with just my iPad Iʻm still able to work on the same document I was working on. It gives me a much easier time working on things when Iʻm on the go. You also get all the microsoft programs you would need for personal use. It was easy to install on both my laptop and iPad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting this at the same time you are getting a new laptop because of the little discount you get.

Great to have this option as I get used to my Mac vs a PC! All the features I need so far! Easy to download and set up

So far its been great. Ive been retired for a while and had to re-acclimate myself to Excel and Word.

I had to make an appointment to make sure I had it installed correctly, so went back to the store and the guy just told me it was ok. Then I asked him to help me to sign in with a new Microsoft account for using it but he said I can not help you with it. I wish I have had a better support about how to install it and how to use it. I guess everybody gives for granted that we all know how to do everything about Microsoft, but we are not.

This is an absolute must have for anyone and everyone. With the support of the Best Buy team, it is just another stress taken off my shoulders. Not only will they help me with simple tasks, but also the bigger ones regarding all things Microsoft. Actually, they have never been able to not answer a question about any operating system or app or whatever it may be.
