Customer Service wanted to charge us over the phone to fix it after purchasing the software, so we had to go into the store, and after 3 different people trying to fix it, one girl did, and after that there were no other problems.

With Microsoft Office 360, you will get updates each year, or when they roll them out. Also lots of storage in the Cloud. Love this.

It isn't too terribly costly to use the office products. We needed it for doing basic wordprocessing and financial management, along with email management with Outlook. If you've used Office products before, you won't be a stranger to this.
