Every time I go to best buy, I always find what I need at a great price.And I am never disappointed.This was also a great product

It has reasonable price, and I’m glad I bought it, especially because it came with Microsoft Office and a firewall included.

Easy to use programs, easily installed. Up to date programs made it easy to use for online schooling.

I purchased a Microsoft Laptop at Beat Buy recently. I went from a Lenovo to Microsoft and love it! Easy transition and to work on!

Office 365 is a great product at a very reasonable annual price. You always have the most up-to-date version and all the Geek Squad support needed. I got it for my computer and my wife's computer. Great value.

I have been a loyal user of Microsoft Office since it was released! I love the program itself and it does everything that I need it to do PLUS some!! My only complaint is this...a lot of programs are making the switch to digital download and in doing so, they have started charging a fee up front and then after a year, you have to purchase the program all over again. Well what if I'm happy with the version I have and don't want to upgrade? In order to continue using it, I still have to purchase it again. I wish these companies would stop doing that! If I purchase a program, I should be able to continue to use it until I choose not to! If I want to update it then fine, I understand paying extra to update, but if the program is functioning and doing what I want it to, I have purchased it and own it, don't make me pay for it again!

Microsoft 365 Software is easy to use and has all the features I need to prepare documents.

Was upset and disappointed that I spent $1,300.00 on a new computer and did not include the correct program which I had to buy separately for the computer to do what I needed "word" and then to top it off, its a yearly subscription and payed installation charge! It was like being sold a car without wheels! Not nice to find this out!

I was getting overwhelmed when it came to buy a brand new laptop; I didn’t know what to buy or where to go. When I went to BestBuy, man had I the best experience ever! They helped go through every device and understood my needs. I’m very grateful how they helped me and I would definitely recommend this store, not only that. I am definitely coming back!

I use various software on both of my HP laptops, and they’re easy to download. The only downside is the price—after all these years of subscription, I feel like I should be getting a discount.

I enjoy the Microsoft Office package. It's nice having all the programs in one package. Everything is very easy to use.

While I do not like the annual purchase plan, Microsoft 365 is excellent. I particularly use Word and Excel. There are quite a number of options that I am anxious to try out. I had some difficulty loading the program, but being a total tech person, I was able to be ably assisted by a Geek Squad Member.

Microsoft 365 Personal is the ultimate digital Swiss Army knife -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, plus plenty of cloud storage. One subscription. Endless productivity and peace of mind. If "work smarter, not harder" was a product, this would be it.

This product is easy to use and user friendly. I contains everything I need for my personal and professional work.

Wish that I didn’t have to pay to use Microsoft 365 services, but I got the plan cheaper with my laptop purchase, so I’m at least grateful for that. The codes worked as intended, the staff at Best Buy were super helpful and professional, and I am completing work and school assignments easily now. I am satisfied with the quality of my purchase either way. Again though, I still wish I didn’t have to pay for services that are the same as Google’s services. They do almost the same thing, just with different purposes and different unique features to each of their respective services. (Only Google’s is FREE!!!)

So far, so good. Haven't had any problems. It's a must have, but should be a part of the computer, FREE.

Microsoft has been extremely useful to me. I'm currently writing a, soon to be published, book of plays for children. I am constantly correcting and adding to my work using Microsoft! A wonderful piece of equipment! Easy to operate and it holds my records well. The sale offered some good time to get used to its operation before taking it home. I have always been very pleased with people and equipment there.

It's a great tool to have and use. I procrastinated in updating the new tools on my tablet. Know I really like using this product.

I will never not have Microsoft 365 as long as I own a laptop it definitely has given me so much more options to do my assignments
