These young adults showed much professionalism, talent and patience as I had numerous questions and as said above my situation was complex. Fortunately the Princeton Best Buy is not far so I have no stress with my computer now as I’m a member of total tech. That said, I hope to keep my visits at a minimum lol

Hard to learn this new version - operations are not user-friendly in general but some word-processing functions are more convenient than before. Have had to read online manual or help topics frequently to get the gist of how to perform functions that were easy for me under the older version. Still can't get screen document size to full screen or at least larger - everything too small for my weak eyes.

We own a small business and rely on our computer for organizing. The rest of the story is what happens when something goes wrong. The Geek Squad has earned their money every time I've called on them to solve a problem I can't fix myself.

This is the updated version, and so far I've have had no problems with the compatibility to older versions of Microsoft Office
