Best Buy's part came through as always in an excellent manner. The bells and whistles added to the software I'm still trying to work out, especially Co-Pilot, since I primarily was interested only in Word.

The yearly pricing structure means you don’t need to buy new software when you switch computers or register multiple devices. This freedom is vital for office or remote access. Excel and Outlook are paramount to most jobs.

I particularly use Word and Excel. There are quite a number of options that I am anxious to try out. I had some difficulty loading the program, but being a total tech person, I was able to be ably assisted by a Geek Squad Member.
