I bought the annual membership and I had the Geek Squad put Office 365 on my new computer, I am not very familiar with Office and have not used the cloud. When I got it home and started to run Office, I had to learn on my own. I received no instructions from the Geeks at the store, and I had no tutorial. I had to call the help line to get started. As I learn and become more familiar with the program it is getting easier to navigate. I wish they had included more info initially with the purchase. If you buy this program and have it installed I recommend that you ask questions at the store, especially if you are new to Office and the cloud.

Everything I need and more. Wish it did not constantly insist on AI and Cloud storage though.

I couldn’t imagine doing the tasks I need to do by hand!

It is very secured and most of my data are in the cloud. Did not have to be bothered about installing the application on pc hard drive. Have access to all updated versions.

Bought this to type my book in microsoft word, ended up using to help keep my grandmother's business email up and running.

The programs other than outlook are fine because they haven't changed much. Outlook is awful. I had been using Outlook 2013 but upgraded. 365 will not sync my Contacts in Classic mode but will in modern mode. 365 only has an on line archive so I can't archive to an outside drive forcing me to use classic for archiving. Outlook classic will sync my calendar with my phone, but 365 will not. The result is I hobble along using both classic and modern for different functions with little confidence in the result. I should have take the advice of the BB tech and just used google. The problem is I have a large archive file that I need to access.

This is a good product for a windows based PC/LAPTOP, I was informed by apple that this is basically built into the OS on the Mac Book when I went into the Genius Bar. Certainly no need to buy with an apple product.

even when retired from work you still need a program to compose letters and send certain documents to the printer this is the one that satisfies all my needs

Subscription based office 365 is stupid. I miss the good old days of just downloading and keeping it forever....oh well.

Easy to install. Which they would offer it for free especially with the cost of a Mac book already being high.

I bought this with an add-on for my grandsons graduation gift, which was the new apple laptop. He is headed to college and needs these programs for his classes. He has all summer to learn and Best Buy support is unparalleled. Very happy.
