The Only problem I have is not being able to convert it over to allow more than one device to use it. I purchased one Laptop and One user software. Then 10 minutes later, I purchased another Laptop and One user software. Yes, one week later I purchased another laptop. Could not get In contact With anyone to answer this question of being able to convert them over to allow more the one device sensed I have already purchased two software

Microsoft 365 Personal allows you to install it on all your devices. Simply log into your Microsoft Account, that has the Microsoft 365 subscription, on the new device. Then go to subscriptions and you should see the option to install Microsoft 365 on the new device.
