Microsoft 365 Personal is one of the most useful subscriptions I’ve purchased. It gives me access to the full suite of Office apps—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—which all work seamlessly across my laptop, tablet, and phone. The 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage is a huge bonus, making it easy to back up files and access them anywhere. Installation and activation were simple, and updates roll out automatically so I’m always on the latest version. It’s perfect for both school and personal projects, and the value for a 12-month subscription is hard to beat

This product is well worth $99/year. I'm always using the most current software (and more types of since you get the entire suite of products) for much less money than having to constantly purchase and upgrade. I wasn't sure in the beginning, since I am such a cost-conscience person. But I will be renewing when it's time.

With Microsoft you know what you are getting. Easy to use and fast.

This is the personal use version. I believe it is on the expensive side for the subscription. It has neat features. I wish the sales guy would have told me about the home version you can buy outright for a one time fee.

I'm so glad I brought this item, I do a lot of work online and need excel and word. I was paying monthly with Microsoft, and I felt like it was too much for the year. So I decided to get the 3 yr package which will be better for me in the long run, I'm saving 240.00. It was a deal breaker for me. I highly recommend this product if you use Microsoft often.

I did an online purchase for this product, and the installation process was very easy! I've been using this product for 9 years, and have never had a problem. I highly recommend Microsoft 365 for anyone looking to enhance their productivity and collaboration.

Easy to setup and install. Online help very useful. I tried out Excel, Power Point, and Word. Also, has Windows Defender. So I don't have to buy Norton. Also has One Drive storage.

Cant believe i got this item for free its the best for work very useful

Need instructions at time of installation, before leaving the store with new laptop. Had to call Geek Squad. Apparently the 365 was not fully installed; Geek Squad activated it by phone. Still some problems. Some customers, like me, do not know what questions to ask. Also, your surveys should add "Not Sure" to question about 'would you recommend thus ptoduct'.

The app is working fine & my agent was very helpful & knowledgeable.

I was using Office 2010 on my old computer. So when I was buying a new laptop, I was unsure if I should get Office 365 and if so, which version. I decided on the Personal version as $70ish per year was not much per month and includes updates. I'm glad I got Geek Squad Support which has helped my learn to use it. I have had no problems using my old Word and Excel files with it.

It is good for single use package, great work for professionals
