They never could and their solution was for me to buy this annual thing. Not happy about the ongoing cost but I really needed and wanted Outlook.

The same kinds type documents are larger than before and cannot be sent through e-mail; about 3 time larger. It was better when I order directly from DELL.

I'm glad I upgraded to 365. It's like graduating from moving as slow as a turtle to a rocket ship! Great features, such as automatic saves, a nice clean infrastructure, and many more features I have yet to explore. It's a keeper!
