I was given excellent advice on how to use, upgrade or renew in the future. The young man who helped me gave me an excellent lesson on how to use the service.

It's a must have, if you have kids in school or do work from home. Always up to date apps and can use on multiple devices. Having the OneDrive storage is really nice to have. Definately reccomend.

I make a lot of display signs and slideshows using PowerPoint and the eyedropper is the best. I only give it 4 stars because, unlike my previous version, MS 365 makes it hard to download a Google Slides slideshow as a PowerPoint, which was not the case before. Also, I've had problems opening an older version of Excel spreadsheets with MS 365; it can be done, but it requires extra steps.

Makes work easy and I can actually install into my mobile devise too. Easy to set up and like the auto renew.
