I needed this product for the ability to open Excel and Word documents with some usage on basic word processing and spreadsheets. Works great as expected. Similar to older versions with more options.

Provides a great range of useful tools at a good price point!

If you like word docs or spreadsheets this will make life easier.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I purchased the product and attempted to download it to my new Apple Laptop that I also purchased on the same day, without any success. It later told me my code had expired. I later went to Best Buy seeking some assistance and I was advised I had to pay $40 to get assistance on a product that was newly purchased and never used. I requested a manager sharing my desperation and my need for help because the customer service that I received from the techs was not helpful. The manager who happened to have the Geek Squad jacket on stated $40 fee is required for assistance and he could not waive it because it was a new purchase and never used. The lack of customer service and empathy was galling. I then requested a full refund which he processed speedily with no remorse that I just purchased a product that failed to download. I am total baffled by his total lack of customer service. He rather return the money in full rather than keep a customer.

I'm no IT geek and had no problem loading and using the softwear.

This is my first use of Microsoft 365. I don't use all of the features like Power Point--have no use for it--but I use Word and Outlook consistently and Excel occasionally. I also needed the extra storage space for photos. Will continue to renew.

This is Microsoft Office, so we had to have it. Chose the "rent for a year" option.

The Microsoft Bundle is great. It has made my computer purchase even better

I love this Office program. I even used their help line and they were terrific.

Great free add on when you buy a computer. The new office has some great features.
