I have beginner level computer skills but this program has been standardly used on every computer experience that I have ever had. I think that any other program would be foreign to me and make the experience harder to figure out because I don't know anything else. When I purchase a computer, this has to be standardly purchased as well so even if I don't agree with the price, I just have to suck it up. I have a 6 month subscription to use this program right now because it was the cheaper option and that is what I needed at the time because I was purchasing the computer, printer, accessories, and all other basic computer necessities that were long overdue for my household. I plan to go back later and buy the program. Of course I love windows, but I don't know anything else. I wish the price was more affordable for average households.

This works seamlessly with my new Macbook pro. It has everything I need to have the capabilities from writing notes, documents, school papers, Includes: Word, Excel, One Note (which is new to me. You can create any type of list,its basically a notepad with multi integrated functionality) You can create powerful presentations using Powerpoint, and Has Outlook Mail in case you need another email, and ONEDRIVE which is a storage drive, like the iCloud, but you can store every document, photo or whatever you need it in this one drove cloud and access it from wherever simultaneously syncing your iPhone, google device or tablets, so everything is in one spot. Its great in my opinion

Well... the purchase was easy, hypothetically the install should have been easy. Spent 4+hours on the chat line with Microsoft and had to help them install because my brand new surface thought i was in Germany. Dumb

Easy to navigate through and easy to understand. Awesome.

It auto renews without warning and I don't remember giving permission. It charged me twice, fortunately one was refunded. I don't know if it's this laptop or the programs within 365 but the color doesn't work. You can pick the darkest blue and it comes out a pale light blue. It's like that with the others as well, they are all easter egg color, no dark colors at all. I've tried different themes, contrast, etc. nothing works. Never had this issue with any other computer.

Purchased with my PC. MUST HAVE for any computer. Ideal for school.

What can I say is Microsoft. I have never had a problem with them and thank to the Best Buy care package I don't have to pay as much to be able to use these gadgets.
