    I’m an experienced MS Office product user, but am extremely disappointed. Excel glitches at the worst possible times. It works fine one minute, then freezes up and won’t recognize the arrow keys. Then it will suddenly begin working again. It’s only the Excel app and I’m using a brand new Lenovo laptop. It’s happening entirely too often.

    The subscription option was the only one available for Microsoft Office. I would have preferred the ability to buy it once and be done with it. However, I am taking advantage of OneDrive to back up my stuff. Has worked well for the most part but once in a while, my changes aren't autosaved.

    I'm more of a fan of computer based programs, no so much for subscription and cloud based. But, I've learned that it is good for more compatibility of program versions and different devices. Wish I could offer more on this, but I think it depends on your preference and work style. It has its advantages.
