Good price to get started with Microsoft 365! It comes with 1TB OneDrive storage, which I love using now that I'm used to it. I use Microsoft applications primarily for their basic functions but this comes with some premium features. Downloading the software using Best Buys code, once purchased, was pretty easy.

Well, so far so good. I have been able to navigate it pretty well.

On 4/24/20, I placed an order for an HP laptop online - open box certified in excellent condition by the Geek Squad. My laptop arrived quickly on 5/1/20; however, it didn't work. I immediately called this location and spoke with the manager, Matthew, who informed me that he would be able to exchange it with a new laptop the next day. I came to this location and was assisted by Roxanne, who exchanged my laptop for the new one. The new one was actually cheaper than my original, so I was also given store credit to make up the difference. Thanks to Matthew and Roxanne for their excellent customer service, especially during these times of the pandemic when I really needed a laptop - greatly appreciated and will definitely be a repeat customer :)

I ordered this laptop last month and it arrived this month. It was an easy set up, I had no trouble. I can now type my papers at home and research for my college class. Thank you!

It’s a tough purchase for me. I like windows10 and the 365 suite I had on my older machine. I don’t like being hooked to paying perpetually. I’m old and crabby, I don’t enjoy being squeezed!
