I had initially tried to renew online, and then via telephone but had run into problems because my iCloud storage had shrunk back to regular size and therefore my emails stopped functioning completely. Lesson learnt to either do automatic renewal or at least before the renewal date to prevent the difficulties i ran into.

I loved getting an included discount since I purchased a computer as well. Microsoft Personal is a must have in this day and age so I'm happy they made it easy!

However, I'm disappointed that I can't buy a license for the life of my pc instead of having to pay for a yearly subscription. Regarding whether or not I'd recommend this item, I recommend setting up paying a one-time charge for the life of the pc.

It was very easy to install on my computer and very easy to use Excell and Microsoft Word. Excellent for someone with few computer skills.

High recommend doing this plus anything you do on Microsoft is yours. When using school Microsoft after school ends they make your account inactive so you can not go back and look at things you made

This allows you to download all of the apps (Word, Excel, etc.) to your computer and also gives you the cloud storage aspect. Great product.

There are tutorials built in, Thank God! I would be lost without the help, I still don't know what drop box is, and may never know.
