My old laptop had finally quit working and I needed a new one as soon as possible. Using my husband's laptop, I spent hour after hour researching laptops. The key points that I had to take into consideration were being retired and on a budget, needing a sturdy laptop (have arthritis), needing a lot of memory (for my digital pictures), large screen for easy reading, average skills to successfully maneuver in the application software, well known brand and price. This Dell computer met and exceeded each of my personable requirements. I have been using mine without a hitch. So, if you are looking for a nice laptop at a very reasonable price, this Dell will meet and exceed your expectations.
