The only thing I dislike is having to subscribe annually for the product. I would prefer to have a hard copy of the program. One positive thing is a free upgrade that will be available when Win 10 arrives this summer. Any new product takes time learning but that is not a negative, just an understood fact.

Poor Microsoft must need the money for selling what used to come with the purchase.

I ended up giving it away to a friend. Wish they could have just taken some money off my item instead of giving me stuff I didn't need, even when i told the clerk that I had a subscription already, he insisted that i have to get it.

However, it's a much needed item for day to day uses. The setup was fairly easy and the download wasn't too long.
