I’ve always liked Microsoft Office and getting this for my new computer was great. I mostly use Word since I write papers and have done more than 1 book. I have great confidence I can send my manuscripts to a publisher and the format will be easy for them to convert for book printing I also use Outlook for my email anll the time and excel for spreadsheets. I rarely use the other programs, however.

The supervisor Chris saved the day for me by getting geek squad to help me renew my Microsoft subscription. I had initially tried to renew online, and then via telephone but had run into problems because my iCloud storage had shrunk back to regular size and therefore my emails stopped functioning completely. Lesson learnt to either do automatic renewal or at least before the renewal date to prevent the difficulties i ran into.

Seems good, getting used to it. Would be nice to have a class on use of it.

This is a great tool that I needed to do my work from on my new laptop. Everything is perfect! It was a great price too!

The staff was really helpful and patient with helping decide what I needed to complete my course that had heavy Excel usage. They compared options and answered all of my questions.

If I did not trust Microsoft I would have given this a lower rating. For one thing it contains too much for which I have little use as am I very familiar with Word and Excel, and that is about it. My original download was the 2007 versions of both. As with the Dell laptop, I am hopeful that the folder by folder review of the Control Panel will lead me to an online owner's manual for this application. I am happy to have purchased it but feel technologically challenged.
