What a service this item , I use for long time and I am with Best Buy

Great price for the essential. We had it loaded by Geek Squad. They had issues they could not resolve.

I have been using Office 2007 for 10 yrs. I received this as a perk for purchasing a new PC. Love the added features. What a difference from the Office 2007. Definitely a must have for any new PC or OS running Windows. Personally I would of preferred the Office 2016 instead of the 365. Like I said, I was able to use Office 2007 for 10+ years just fine. So it is worth the $140 to own the Office product rather than renting it for a year! In all those years I only used Word, Excel, and PowerPoint anyways. If you use more of the Office features and want to stay up to date with the updates, 365 would be the way to go.

It's the same Windows office we know and love only difference now is that you're renting the product. From what I understand at the end of the year you will need to purchase a new one.

This product was purchased in order to continue using MS365. Although this product works well I don't appreciate having to be locked into purchasing it over and over again. The software locks you out once your contract time is over.

MS Office has been a solid product for decades. I upgraded to a subscription based copy to upgrade to the latest version. It still is a solid program and I think the subscription pricing is fair, considering how much I use the program on a daily basis. No complaints.

Although I like using the Microsoft 365 Personal and through being a loyal Best Buy customer and having Total Tech I have a 15 month subscription. My issue is as much as you pay for the Microsoft 365, why you just can't have it indefinitely. Why do you have to keep purchasing it every year. There are a bunch of preloaded stuff on a computer that you will never use , but ever one needs to be able to use Microsoft 365

Honestly - I felt that I had to buy it however my old one was transferred from my old laptop to the new one and when I asked about it, it sounded like I was stuck with it and no refund was offered, I can't use it so it was just a waste of money. I actually tried to install it but my laptop said I already had the product

Good product...working well Using for senior activities programs and notes

I have used Office for many years and have been happy with it. Normally I have gotten the version with Publisher with it to for various newsletters that I do. I wasn't happy that this new version did not have it, but the price was right.

It's word, so use it for every document and paper I write for school and work. Easy to use, same great features you'd expect from word. Pretty necessary in society to have word.

Love the Microsoft 365 and sales person was very helpful in helping me to set up. Would recommend this product

I enjoy using Microsoft 365 and glad I can even access my documents on my phone when I don't have my surface pro with me.

Have used EXCEL, WORD, etc. all my life and have been pleased with all the updates received as time goes on. Allows me to do everything I need to do.

A person must have Office 365 on his or her desktop, notebook, or tablet to utilize Access, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word. If not, then he or she is out of luck.

I enjoy Microsoft 365 for all my platforms; I do wish it were a one time purchase still though
