Quick and easy

Very quick turnaround from the time I placed my order to the time that it was approved and I was able to download. I’m not very techy and the fact that I was able to do this on my own was simply, a testament to being so easy to manage

Not very impressed

I still haven’t used it. There doesn’t seem to be an app on my iPad showing up. Maybe I purchased the wrong product? Sometimes it doesn’t pay to purchase things like this with little or no understanding.

I don't mind the annual subscription, although I feel the cost is too high.

But it is perfect for reorganizing many of your tasks, both complex and simple. The range of tools is finite and efficient. You just have to learn how to use it, and I assure you that it is not difficult. And don't stress if you don't do it, you have to be patient, as with everything.
