It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. The Geek squad, all of whom were tremendously helpful, said you are phasing out Publisher and that it no longer is included. They are amazing!. The clerk needs to know his products. I am very disappointed.

I have to say that I'm not happy that I have to pay early I think it should be maybe every 2-5 years for renewing, as I don't need a change early. I would also like to have the military discount back.

The program is expensive for a package that you won't use fully. I only use WORD DOCUMENTS since Laptops document app is not upgradeable.
